President Murmu on rapes: Only Kolkata?

I missed President Murmu's full statement. She rightly spoke out in support of the Kolkata rape and murder victim. Did she also refer to Badlapur, Manipur and the numerous rapes in UP and Rajasthan and Maharashtra and how BJP protects its rape-accused leaders and how rapists get furloughs in BJP-ruled Haryana and Gujarat?
